On the Job Training
When you successfully complete Uncle Ray’s Way basic course, you will graduate and advance to being a full team member. However, you’re not done. In fact, everyone here at Uncle Ray’s Dairyland is not done. We’re all learning more about the business. There’s no end to it.
We strongly believe in ongoing learning and continuous improvement.
We will promote that in you and provide opportunities for growth in various ways,
- small group continuing ed sessions
- one-on-one sessions
- positive and negative feedback comments and advice offered by owners, managers, and other team members
Again, they are free and well intentioned. We trust you will be open and take full advantage of them.
