For me the subject of customer care has been one of my favorites. I’m a true believer and an ongoing student. Especially in this day and age, I’m totally convinced that you won’t stay in business long unless you provide at least an acceptable level of service for whatever you’re selling.
In Module Two: Business Core, we identified customer care as one of the pillars of our brand. For nearly 40 years, we have strategically developed a process that goes well beyond an acceptable level. We call it Knock Your Socks Off Customer Care. Basically, it’s designed to create outstanding, memorable customer experiences each and every time someone comes to Uncle Ray’s. When they leave we want them to say or at least feel “Wow.”
