Any one here because you want to learn the business of Uncle Ray’s? I ask this because over the years we have had people come to work here simply to learn the business. I have a very good friend who worked with us on his own dime just to learn about making and serving ice cream. This spring there are two people who recently came back home to Fenton from Italy and they’re currently working with us to learn the business.
Uncle Ray’s Dairyland is first and foremost a small, local, family-owned business. It’s not a hobby, it’s not a side-line. It is our livelihood. An amazing multi-million dollar business with expenses, overhead, sales and profits, marketing, payroll, licenses, and regulations.
