As we mentioned in the previous section, Uncle Ray’s Way is an eLearning Course based on a work-study model that involves active learning strategies. You’ll be learning the stuff of the business by doing. This is not just concepts and theory, It’s the how and the why of what we do here.
The entire course will take you approximately 20 hours of seat time at a computer. However, the neat thing about eLearning it will be available to you 24/7 at uncleraysway.com via desk-top, lap-top, tablet, mobile phone. The course involves a good amount of reading and absorbing need-to-know information on the monitor. You’ll also find a lot of visual display – charts, graphics, photos and what you watching right now video clips featuring “yours truly” and just to give you a break other experts on Uncle Ray’s Way.
